I don’t remember my password. How can I find it?
To find your password, click on “Forgot your password” and fill out the fields; you will receive it by e-mail.
I don’t have a client number. How can I register?
You may register as a new client. Select the learning activity that is of interest for you; as soon as you’ll add it to your cart, the website will require that you identify yourself. In the section to the right, “New client”, click on “Create an account” and fill out the fields to create a temporary client account. As soon as we receive your registrations, a permanent client number will be created for you; it will appear on the “Statement of your registrations” that will be sent by e-mail.
I am not a CA. May I register to a training activity offered by the Ordre?
A non-CA may register to all training activities offered by the Ordre or offered in association with our partners; however, the registration fees for non-CAs are different than those for CAs. All fee schedules can be found under the course description of each training activity. Please note that course levels and content are adapted for CAs, specifically in the accounting and auditing courses.
Where can I see the session numbers or the fee schedule?
The sessions are all grouped by “Target Group”, thus some are “For Everyone”, where as others are for “CAs in firms” or “CAs in organizations”, etc. Click on the group that is of interest for you. You will see all the sessions to come. Each session has its own fee schedule; you can see it by clicking on the “+ Detail and fee schedule” button.
I am entitled to a special rate offered to CAs (25 years and under, maternity/paternity, 65 years and over) but the website indicates only the full rate. What should I do?
The website does not allow the recognition of special status. This will require you to register at the regular price and, thereafter, send an e-mail request to Customer services et
psp@ocaq.qc.ca that the price be fixed.
You can also send your registration by e-mail to Customer services at
psp@ocaq.qc.ca. In this email, you must indicate your name, client number, and the session number(s) for which you wish to register. Also indicate that you are entitled to a special rate and, if required, provide the documents to prove your right to obtain the special price.
Why did I receive an invoice for $100 for my activity when I used a season pass?
The special price of a registration is effective until 14 days before the date of the activity after which the regular price applies at all times without exception. The price of season passes is calculated based on the special price of activities. Therefore, even when using a season pass, if your registration is made less than 14 days before the date of the activity, you must pay the difference between the special and the regular price. Please note that the regular price also applies in the case of a transfer from one session to another, if the transfer is made within 14 days before the date of the new session.
Until when can I cancel my registration?
If you registered using a season pass, you have until the eve of the activity before 4:30 pm to cancel your registration, either through the website or by e-mail at
psp@ocaq.qc.ca; you will be able to use this registration for another activity.
If you registered individually, you have until 14 days prior to the session to cancel at no cost. However, a fee of $100 is charged for any cancellation received within 14 days of the date of the activity.
No cancellations are accepted on the day or the day following the activity and no refund is permitted.
Who may be a pass holder?
CAs and candidates for the practice of the profession may purchase and benefit from the three passes whereas non-CA collaborators may purchase and benefit from the Multi-user CA and Multi-user passes only. To learn more about the terms and conditions governing the use of a season pass, please click

Is it possible to change the name of the pass holder?
It is in fact possible to change the name of a season pass holder when said change is made within the same organization. Request a name change by sending an e-mail to
psp@ocaq.qc.ca; be sure to specify the pass number(s) as well as the names of the former and new pass holders.
How to choose the right season pass?
All three season passes offered meet specific needs and it is important to choose one that suits you, whether you're the only person to use the pass, several CAs will share registrations or you have several non-CA colleagues who will attend training activities. Must I really assign a security code to my season pass?
If you are the holder of a Single-user CA or Multi-user pass which only you will use, you do not need a security code.
However, if several people have access to the pass and register online, the system will require a security code. It is the only way for us to ensure that the pass holder has approved the registration. Once your pass is purchased, click on “Access your file”. In the gray area at the top of the screen select “Training activities” then “Managing your passes”. You will be able to assign a security code to your pass.
Remember to provide your colleagues with the security code if they are to register themselves.
I am trying to register to an activity using my employer’s season pass and the site requires a security code. What is it?
If you are not the season pass holder, the site will in fact require a security code. Thos code indicates that the season pass holder has approved your registration. We invite you to contact the person responsible for the season pass in your organization in order to obtain the security code. Customer services are not authorized to give it to you.
Why can’t I register to a session using registrations left on my season pass from last year?
As stipulated in the
terms and conditions governing the use of a season pass, a season pas is only valid for one training year, from September 1st to August 31st. An unused registration may be transferred to a season pass bought for the new season but it cannot be used for an individual registration. If you wish to register to a session offered this year, you will either have to pay the fee for an individual registration or buy a new season pass.
I haven’t used all the registrations on my season pass, yet the website indicates that it has been used completely. Why?
The website is programmed to keep in memory the choices made by a client for around 30 minutes in order to protect the registrations until the final validation of the shopping kart. This prevents another client to register to the same session at the same time if there is only one available place left. Furthermore, the same 30 minutes reservation applies if you have selected other sessions and have either closed your internet session or clicked on the “back” button of your web browser.
How do I proceed for my employer to be the season pass holder?
An organization cannot be a season pass holder. The purchase must be made in the name of a person who then becomes responsible for registrations using this pass, no matter the type of season pass purchased. It is also this person who will be contacted in case of problems. However, when purchasing online, you will be able to change the billing address and have the invoice made out to the organization.
The activity for which I wish to register is full. Will other sessions be added to the program?
We suggest that you register on the waiting list and in order not to lose a registration, choose another activity which interests you. We check the waiting lists regularly; when the number of registrations warrants it, we try to offer an additional session. However, we cannot guarantee dates or locations for the sessions, or even if we will be able to offer a new session. We depend on the schedule of instructors and the availability of hotels. You will be advised by email as soon as a new session is offered, or by phone if a place becomes available.
How can I tell if a session is full and if other sessions are available?
Use the session number which interests you as search criteria. The status of the session will indicate if it is full, available or if a session has been added.
If I do not use all registrations on my season pass, may I transfer them to the following year?
It is possible to transfer one (1) registration from the previous year’s season pass. However, please note that only one registration may be transferred and that it can only be transferred with the purchase of a new season pass, regardless of the type of season pass. The transfer will occur automatically upon confirmation of your purchase and your pass will then entitle you to 9 registrations instead of 8.
I received an invoice but I (or my employer) have a pass and I registered more than 14 days prior to the session?
There are two possible scenarios.
When the registration was made by you or your employer, the number of the season pass was not entered at the time of registration. If your registration was made by customer services, it is possible that the number of the pass was not indicated on the registration form received by email. Contact customer services to transfer your registration to the season pass – a credit note will be issued automatically.
You may be enrolled in a training activity offered in association. If this is the case, please check the fee schedule for this activity. It is included in the "Details/Price" section of the activity’s description.
When will I receive my training material – Can I get it before the training activity?
The training material will be provided on site the day of the activity. No material is sent before the training has taken place except in the case of e-learning.
Can I get the material of the activity I attended in French/English?
The documentation can only be provided in the language of the activity. In fact, even though many activities offered in English have their French equivalent, the material is not necessarily a translation of the French version. It would not be possible for you to attend a course in English and receive the documentation in French or vice versa. If you still wish you to obtain a copy of the material in another language, you will need to purchase it. You may contact customer services at

May I obtain an electronic version of the training material for which I have registered?
The Ordre des comptables agréés du Québec now offers the option of choosing electronic material, a PDF – On-screen viewing version in some of its training activities. These activities are identified by a USB key on the website as well in the paper catalogue. You can also, if desired, obtain a 50% discount on the purchase of a second version of the course material, paper or electronic format, depending on which version you chose for your training activity. You can place your order at
psp@ocaq.qc.ca. Please note that this type of PDF can not be printed.
May I obtain a certificate of attendance?
Certificates of attendance are only provided upon request. They are available two to three weeks after the date of the activity. You can request them after each of your activities or at the end of the season. As soon as it becomes available, we will send it by e-mail. To request a certificate of attendance, simply send an e-mail to Customer services at
psp@ocaq.qc.ca, specifying your client number and the session or the period for which you want a certificate.
