This directory was created in accordance with the Act respecting access to documents held by public bodies and the protection of personal information.
You can run a search to find a chartered accountant entered on the Roll of the Ordre by entering, in the appropriate fields, the CA’s last name correctly spelled and the first letter of the first name OR the CA’s permit number.
Content of the directory
This directory provides certain information about members in good standing of the Ordre des comptables agréés du Québec. Members submit their professional address to the Ordre and are legally responsible for ensuring that the information is valid. The information is not synchronized and validated in real time and necessitates a 48h delay.
To verify the status and professional record of a chartered accountant or a former chartered accountant
This directory is not the Roll of the Ordre nor does it include information on the professional record of all chartered accountants who are either former or current members of the Ordre.
You can verify whether someone is a member of the Ordre and has the right to practice the chartered accountancy profession. You can also obtain the following information included on the Roll of the Ordre about a member or a former member:
- past or present striking off the Roll or practice limitation (some disciplinary decisions can be found online or sent to you);
- any record of entry on the Roll of the Ordre.
