General information

This program is offered by Quebec universities as part of a graduate diploma program which follows a recognized undergraduate diploma program so that the education acquired covers, in particular, the knowledge, skills and attitudes described in the UFE Candidates’ Competency Map. The objective of the Ordre's Professional Education Program is to allow candidates to develop professional skills that will be recognized nationally and internationally. The program focuses on the acquisition and integration of in-depth specialized knowledge in fields in which engagements are likely to be entrusted to newly qualified CAs in response to the expectations of a complex, globalized and changing market.

More specifically, the Professional Education Program aims to help candidates develop the analytical skills, diagnostic capabilities and evaluation skills they need to exercise professional judgment and to make decisions in matters of assurance engagements, taxation or management.

The program is intended for candidates who have completed a recognized undergraduate diploma program and who have obtained a cumulative grade point average that satisfies the graduate program admission requirements.
