2009-11-10, Brief on Bill 63, Business Corporations Act

Our position
Since the Business Corporations Act needs to be modernized to ensure that Quebec remains competitive with other Canadian provinces and the United States, we agree with the goals and objectives of this reform. However, we believe that certain provisions of the Bill may be problematic, especially the provisions affecting professional secrecy.
