Mission of the Foundation
The Foundation of Quebec Chartered Accountants received its charity status in September 2002. The objectives of the Foundation are to contribute to the advancement of education in the profession's areas of expertise and to promote academic excellence. Click here to view the full document.
Why should you contribute to the Foundation of Quebec CAs?
As the Ordre intensifies its promotional efforts to interest more young people in the CA profession, the Foundation wishes to encourage talented individuals to persevere in their studies so that the profession can retain the best candidates. Providing financial assistance to CAs in Ph.D. programs will ensure that enough professors are available to train future CAs. Contributions to the Foundation are used to achieve these objectives.
There’s no denying that the CA designation is highly recognized and if you are a chartered accountant yourself, you have benefited from its many advantages throughout your career. By capitalizing on your solid training as a CA, you have continued to grow and have succeeded brilliantly! You now have an opportunity to show your support for the profession. Make a difference by including a donation with your annual fee payment.
